Bottled at 50.1% abv, this unique spirit is a beautiful expression of the Tasmanian wine from which it was distilled, combining the richness of the fortified wine cask with Tasmania’s incredible terroir. A beautifully rich and savoury spirit that defies its definition as a brandy.
