Tasmanian Spirit Showcase Exhibitor Spotlight.

Metcalf Distilleries is a family-run distillery based on a small farm in the wild mountains of Molesworth, Tasmania.

Growing their own ingredients or scavenging from the nearby wilderness, Metcalf Distilleries is a very home made operation, including building their own still from recycled copper and the distillery itself, and producing Sloe Gin, Liqueur Gins, Botanical Gins and introducing their new range of WyreCoille Single Malt Whiskies at @TWW2024.

Tasmanian Spirit Showcase Exhibitor Spotlight.

Spring Bay's Distillery approach to making single malt whisky began in 2015.

The use of premium Tasmanian barley, the quality of the wash, the distilling, the careful selection of casks, and importantly, using arguably the best water in the world - a blend of East Coast Tasmanian sweet rain water and the soft sea air of Spring Bay.

Spring Bay presented their limited winter release Madeira cask at @TWW2024.
