After a welcome drink on arrival, the team at Ettie’s European Bistro will provide a feast for your senses by way of a four-course dinner, each being matched with Tasmanian wine.
Between courses, Bill Lark (Lark Distillery), Patrick Maguire (Sullivans Cove Distillery) and Mark Littler (Hellyers Road Distillery) will share a dram of a favourite release from their distillery whilst speaking intimately about their own personal Tasmanian whisky experiences.
