Tasmania’s whisky is among the best on the planet, putting this little island on the world map for yet another reason. This fact has been well-publicised in recent years, but an interesting fact has slipped under the radar: Tasmania is also producing world-class gin! This year, Saffire will pay tribute to these incredible local gins by sampling some of the State’s best, alongside our whiskies throughout the event.

You can expect Todd Adams and his kitchen team to tantalise your culinary desires with Saffire’s signature fare. When not eating and drinking the best Saffire has to offer, you can expect to participate in a few surprise activities and some seriously Whisky Business. Dust off those kilts and polish your sporran!
