Hellyers Road Distillery’s Master Distiller will present a range of single malts and a whisky cream liqueur at this special dinner event to mark Tasmanian Whisky Week. Each dish prepared by the chefs at the Rosevears Hotel will be accompanied by a matching single malt with interpretation provided by Mark Littler.
